Dear FBC Newman Members,

As you know, a Constitution Revision Committee has been meeting over the past three months to revise our current FBC Newman Constitution and Bylaws to make church governance more efficient and accessible to church members.

Attached are three documents: (a) the current Constitution and Bylaws last amended in June of 2018; (b) the proposed amended Constitution; and (c) the proposed amended Bylaws.  Please read and compare the two proposed documents with our existing Constitution and Bylaws.

We will be having a meeting on Zoom.com at 7:00pm on Wednesday, June 24th, to answer your questions and hear your concerns about the proposed changes. If you can't make that meeting, there will be other opportunities for you to provide input.
