First Baptist Church of Newman invites families to Babylon: Daniel’s Courage in Captivity. A summer family event called Babylon will be hosted at FBC, Newman from June 26th to June 30th. Families step back in time at Babylon, exploring Daniel’s adventures in a foreign land. Elementary aged children, Kindergarten through 5th grade, and adults will participate in a memorable Bible-times Marketplace, sing catchy songs, play teamwork-building games, dig into Bible-times snacks, visit Daniel, and collect Bible Memory Makers to remind them of God’s Word. Plus, everyone learns to look for evidence of God all around them through something called ‘God Sightings’.

We will begin the evening by sharing a meal together at 5:30pm, then our Babylon program will begin at 6:00pm and finish at 8:00pm each day.
